Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a chameleon from me you are agreeing to my Terms and Conditions.

Enclosure and care reviews

A detailed enclosure and care review call is required prior to a chameleon being put on hold. This will help ensure you have the correct care information needed to set up their enclosure and be prepared to bring them home. Proof of a proper setup will be required before a chameleon is shipped.

Deposits

There is a non-refundable $150 deposit required for a chameleon to be put on hold. The deposit will refunded, less any fees paid to the payment service (ie. PayPal, Venmo, etc.), if it is determined you are unable to provide a suitable home and care.

Choosing your chameleon

There is a 100% guarantee on the sex of your baby chameleon. A chameleon will be selected for you based on your preferences. But due to the high volume of people interested in this clutch, there will not be the ability to pick out an individual baby.

Shipping

Live arrival is guaranteed if your chameleon is shipped to a FedEx Ship Center. There is no refund on shipping charges due to arrival delays. All shipping costs, including for return/exchange shipments, are non-refundable. I reserve the right to reschedule shipping dates according to weather and temperature concerns. I am not held responsible for mistakes made by delivery service, damage incurred during shipping, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, and stolen or lost packages after delivery confirmation.

Chameleon health

There is a 7-day health guarantee that starts the day your chameleon arrives. Customers must follow the care standards discussed and reviewed during the interview and enclosure review process. This guarantee will be voided if improper care standards are not upheld and if I am not notified of any health problem or concern within the 7-day period. I am not responsible for any vet bills. In the event of an unfortunate death, a refund will be given in the amount of the original price of the chameleon.

Rehoming

If at any point you decide you are unfit, unable, or unwilling to provide the proper care for your chameleon and would like to rehome them, you are required to notify me first to either take the chameleon in or help place them in a new home. There is zero judgement towards any of the reasons you decide to rehome them. I just want to ensure my chameleons end up in homes where they are loved and properly cared for.
